Story

Get to Know Us

Linnea started It's Your Practice in her living room turned Yoga space with a dream to help support others, change lives, and do something meaningful with her life as she transitioned to a new chapter in life. 

 

Inspired by her grandmother's love, support, & diminishing mobility she saw the importance yoga could play in building & maintaining quality of life. Through Yoga's many modalities we can increase flexibility, build strength & endurance, improve quality of breath, find greater balance, a deeper focus, & awareness. Developing a consistent Yoga practice can improve the quality of life as we age when we use it as preventative maintenance for ourselves.

 

We all want to feel good in body, mind, and spirit. 

This is the purpose of It's Your Practice, to be a safe space to support you, your body, mind, & soul so you can continue doing the things you love to do as you move through the various stages of life while feeling good.​
