Classes
Slow Flow Yoga
Mondays at 5:30pm
Experience the moving meditation of this mindful, strong, grounding practice. Move with intention, take time to expore each asana, & notice how the breath sooths with its beautiful rhythm. Feel how honoring your body in the present monment nurtures your soul.
Yin Yoga
Wednesdays at 7pm
Yin Yoga is a harmonious fusion of yoga, ancient Chinese medicine, and Taoist philosophy. In this practice, we gently move into poses, holding each for 3-5 minutes. This deliberate approach allows our bodies and nervous systems to surrender, inviting deep relaxation and rejuvenation.
Functional Yoga
Thursdays at 5:30pm
Let's breakdown asana and integrate supporting muscles around our joints for greater stability & strength. Bringing a deeper mindfulness, presence, & awareness to our practice.
